Vienna Vibes

Vienna-style lager

A smooth Vienna-leaning lager with a clean finish and just enough malt depth to keep things interesting. Easy to drink, hard to stop at one.

Lab Notes:
Came out clean and balanced. Next time: slightly lower mash temp for a crisper finish and consider extending lagering by another week.

Blueberry Berliner

Fruited sour

Light, tart Berliner Weisse base with real blueberry character. Bright, refreshing, and very summer-friendly.

Lab Notes:
Fruit expression was solid. Next time: test earlier fruit addition vs later to compare depth vs brightness.

Wheatwine Project

Strong ale

Big grain bill, long boil, and a beer that rewards patience. Built for aging and slow evaluation.

Lab Notes:
Mash efficiency needs watching on this one. Document sparge volume carefully next run to avoid surprises.

Czech Dark Lager

Dark lager

Smooth, toasty, and deceptively drinkable with dark bread crust and light cocoa notes.

Lab Notes:
If roast edges show early, give it time. Next run: slightly adjust dark malt ratio and extend cold conditioning.
